In 2021, we launched our new flexible working policy where our Manas & Manos can choose to work from anywhere in the country of their contract. In the year and a half since we started, almost 30% of all employees are full remote in France, Spain, Italy, Germany and the UK.

I’m from the North East of England but I currently live in Aix en Provence.

Working from home means I can have the best of both worlds: an exciting job in Paris without having to move away from my friends and family, and of course, the sunshine.

I started at ManoMano in September 2022 and typically go to the Paris office once a month. I have several meetings each day so I always feel like I’m chatting with my colleagues, even if we’re not in the same room.

I love the flexibility of working from home in Aix en Province. I have plenty of quiet focus time to work on my projects (very useful in a creative role) and I can speak to my team whenever I need to. And less time commuting means more time for my hobbies!
