In the year and a half since we started, almost 30% of all employees are full remote in France, Spain, Italy, Germany and the UK.

I am based in the amazing city of Manchester, but I am originally from Italy. I have been living in the UK for about 8 years, and what I love about Manchester is that it is very dynamic and has a variety of activities for time out of work.

Working at ManoMano UK from the UK is advantageous because I can further understand the culture and the current economic situation. I think this is really important as the way we shop in Europe is not the same for every country.   

I have Zoom meetings almost every day with my team, but I also go to the main office in Paris about once every two months, and I really like catching up with my colleagues in person.  

The communication within the company is really well organised; I never feel isolated working from home. I feel part of the team as if I was in the office. To make it easier, I set up regular virtual coffee chats to replace the real coffee breaks I would have had at the office.
