After 2 years of pandemic and restrictions on large gatherings, ManoMano was finally able to bring all its employees together, in one place, many of whom had never physically met each other before.
Today, ManoMano employs more than 1,000 people. In just two years, we have almost doubled our workforce by recruiting business and tech profiles in all the European countries in which we operate: France, Spain, Italy, UK and Germany.
On the day, the Manas and Manos were split into 120 teams and divided into 6 colour groups (blue, pink, yellow, green, red and orange). The aim was to encourage people of different divisions, nationalities, age and background to meet and exchange.

The day’s programme included various activities based on ManoMano’s values:
1/ BOLD, from idea to action
The Manas and Manos had to be bold and daring to zipline or jump into the void, and take part in beach volley or dodge ball games. Not to forget an improv workshop, obstacle course and sack race!
2/ INGENUITY always & together
Ingenuity is a key value at ManoMano and was put to use during archery, darts and table tennis matches.
3/ RESPONSIBLE towards the planet and people
Being responsible and caring was essential when trying out wheelchair basketball and blind football, or taking part in a workshop to learn how to install home insulation and raise awareness.
The day ended with an evening worthy of the greatest festivals (and we’re not even exaggerating).
